Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries, diced
- 1 cup Peaches, diced
- 2 Tbsp Basil Leaves, chiffonade
- 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves, chiffonade
- 2 tsp French Toast Sugar Shaker
- 1 Tbsp Summer Peach White Barrel Aged Balsamic, plus more for garnishing
- 2 Tbsp Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil, divided
- 1 wheel Brie Cheese
- Pita Chips, Bread, or Crackers, for serving
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine strawberries, peaches, basil, mint, 2 tsp French Toast Sugar Shaker, 1 Tbsp Summer Peach White Barrel Aged Balsamic, and 1 Tbsp Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil. Set aside.
- Heat grill to 350.
- As the grill is heating, brush the Brie Cheese with the remaining 1 Tbsp of Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil.
- Grill the Brie Cheese for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, until you have nice grill marks and the Brie Cheese is melted.
- Transfer the Brie Cheese to a plate and top with the peach salsa. Drizzle with more Summer Peach White Barrel Aged Balsamic.
- Serve with pita chips, bread, or crackers, and enjoy!
