  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a bowl combine the first 8 ingredients (oats to Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt). Lay out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven until toasted, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Let the granola cool completely then mix in the chocolate chunks.
  4. Serve granola with Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle more of the Vine-Ripened Raspberry White Barrel Aged Balsamic.
