INGREDIENTS
HOMEMADE GRANOLA
- 2 cups Oats
- ⅓ cup Flax Seeds
- ⅓ cup Pepitas
- ¼ cup Key Lime Infused Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Mojito White Barrel Aged Balsamic
- ¼ tsp Mojo Citrus Seasoning Salt, freshly ground
- ¼ cup Honey
SMOOTHIE BOWL
- ¼ cup Milk of Choice
- 2 Tbsp Mojito White Barrel Aged Balsamic
- 3 Frozen Bananas, sliced
- 10 oz Frozen Blueberries
- Granola, Toasted Coconut, Strawberry Slices, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350F. In a bowl combine ingredients for the granola, spread in an even layer on a lined baking sheet. Add granola to the oven and bake until crispy, stirring every 5 minutes, about 15-20 minutes total.
- In a blender add milk of choice, Mojito Balsamic, frozen banana, and blueberries in that order. Blend until smooth, stopping very often to scrape down the sides and tamp down the fruit. About 5-10 minutes total of blending.
- Add to a bowl and top with homemade granola, toasted coconut, and fresh strawberries slices. Serve immediately.
