INGREDIENTS
3-4 Chicken Breasts
4 Tbsp Tangy Tangerine White Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Vera Cruz Chili Infused Olive Oil or Tahitian Lime Infused Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Sweet Smoked Chili Rub
1 tsp Lime Fresco Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Cilantro, plus more to finish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and add to a large bowl or ziploc bag.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, rub, and 2 Tbsp cilantro.
  3. Pour marinade over chicken breasts ensuring the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour up to 6 hours in the fridge. Let meat come to room temperature before cooking.
  4. Skewer and grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

RECIPE NOTE
Marinading will not only flavor your meat but also help to tenderize it. That being said, do not let the marinade time stop you from making this recipe, even 10 minutes in a marinade is better than nothing!
