Fall in love with shrimp all over again with our Smoky Pancetta Wrapped Shrimp. Your pancetta will crisp up quickly while your shrimp cooks, giving you the perfect crispy, smoky, salty, “let-me-grab-another-please” bite! Serve hot off the grill to wow your guests with your new and improved appetizer game.

INGREDIENTS
1lb Raw Shrimp, deveined
6 Sliced Pancetta
1/3 Cup Smoked Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil
2 tsp Sweet Applewood Barbecue Rub & Seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the grill to 350 F.
  2. Cut pancetta in half lengthwise. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of pancetta.
  3. In a small bowl combine vinegar, olive oil, and rub.
  4. Brush mixture over shrimp and let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Grill shrimp until opaque, about 1-2 minutes per side.

RECIPE NOTE
Garnish this dish with green onions for added color and a pop of fresh flavor!
