INGREDIENTS
CORNBREAD MUFFINS
1 Boxed Cornbread Muffin Mix
Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil, according to box directions

WHIPPED MAPLE BOURBON BUTTER
½ Cup Unsalted Butter, softened
2 Tbsp Bourbon Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
¼ tsp Smokey Bacon Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Follow directions on boxed cornbread mix, substituting Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil for the vegetable oil.
  2. Meanwhile in a medium bowl use a small whisk or hand mixer to whip together the butter, balsamic, maple syrup, and salt.
  3. Serve cornbread muffins with whipped bourbon butter and enjoy!
