Ingredients:

12 oz Mozzarella
4 Tomatoes On The Vine
2 Tbsp Sweet Basil Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Black Pepper Olive Oil
10 Basil Leaves, chiffonade
2 tsp Peruvian Pink Sea Salt

Instructions:

Slice mozzarella and tomatoes into ¼” pieces. On a serving platter layer tomatoes and mozzarella by rotating between each one.
Drizzle mozzarella and tomatoes with vinegar and olive oil.
Top salad with basil and sea salt. Serve immediately.
