Ingredients:
3-4 Tbsp Black Truffle Olive Oil, divided
1/2 cup Sapphire Blue Popcorn Kernels
3/4 tsp Black Truffle Sea salt
3/4 tsp Parmesan Asiago Dipper
Directions
In a large pot heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil over medium-high heat.
Once hot add kernels and cover. Occasionally shake the pot to ensure even heating
Once popping slows to less than every 3 seconds, remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute.
Season with additional olive oil, salt, and dipper. Enjoy!
