1 lb Ground Beef
2 TBSP Adobo Spice or Sweet Smoked Chili Rub
1 TBSP Jalapeño Lime Balsamic
8-10 Tortilla Shells
1 Tomato, diced small
1 cup Shredded Lettuce
1/2 cup Queso Blanco Cheese

Instructions:
Heat a large skillet with the oil over medium heat. Add the ground meat and break apart with a spoon.
Season with spice or rub and cook ground beef throughout.
Add the vinegar, stir and cook an additional minute until caramelized.
Layer tortillas with meat, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Enjoy!
