Ingredients
- ¼ cup Cara Cara White Barrel Aged Balsamic
¼ cup Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil - 1 tbsp Honey
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt
- 3 Cara Cara Oranges, supremed
- 2 Bartlett Pear, diced
- 1 Large Red Apple, diced
- 1 cup Red Grapes, halved
- 2 Kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Cherries, pitted and halved
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil, Cara Cara White Barrel Aged Balsamic, honey, and Vanilla Bean Sea Salt until smooth and well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, add the oranges, pears, apple, grapes, kiwis, and cherries.
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
