It\u2019s the kind of umami loaded udon noodle soup that tastes slow simmered but comes together easily for a warming, flavor forward meal any night of the week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro Tip:<\/strong> Turn on Cook Mode to keep your screen awake while cooking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/wasabi-infused-olive-oil\/\">Wasabi Infused Olive Oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Medium Yellow Onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 Jalape\u00f1o, seeded and diced<\/li>\n<li>2 Medium Carrots, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 Green Bell Pepper, diced<\/li>\n<li>4 Cloves Garlic, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp Ginger, grated<\/li>\n<li>1lb Ground Beef<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/black-garlic-shiitake-rub-seasoning-new\/\">Black Garlic Shiitake Rub<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/black-garlic-sea-salt-new\/\">Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>4 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/ponzu-barrel-aged-balsamic\/\">Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 Medium Green Cabbage, thinly sliced and divided<\/li>\n<li>4 Tbsp Yellow Miso Paste<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp Sriracha<\/li>\n<li>6 cups Chicken Stock<\/li>\n<li>2 Limes, juiced and zested<\/li>\n<li>Udon Noodles, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Green Onions, to serve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large soup pot over medium heat add 2 Tbsp Wasabi Infused Olive Oil. Add in onion, jalapeno, carrots, bell pepper and saute until soft, about 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add in garlic and ginger saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. Increase heat to high then add in ground beef, Black Garlic Shiitake Rub, and Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt. Cook until beef is browned, about 5 minutes then add in Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic.<\/li>\n<li>Lower heat to medium and add in half the cabbage. Stir to slightly wilt, about 1 minute. Add in miso, sriracha, and chicken stock.
