A drizzle of Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil and Cara Cara Cherry White Barrel Aged Balsamic makes every bite bright and delicious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro Tip:<\/strong> Turn on Cook Mode to keep your screen awake while cooking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Chicken Breasts<\/li>\n<li>7 Tbsp plus \u00bd tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/blood-orange-olive-oil\/\">Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil<\/a>, divided<\/li>\n<li>6 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/cara-cara-cherry-white-barrel-aged-balsamic-vinegar\/\">Cara Cara Cherry White Barrel Aged Balsamic<\/a>, divided<\/li>\n<li>5 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/greek-tzatziki\/\">Lemon &amp; Dill Tzatziki Rub<\/a>, divided<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/butchers-spice-blend\/\">Butcher\u2019s Spice Blend<\/a>, divided<\/li>\n<li>2 cups Butternut Squash, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Farro<\/li>\n<li>2 cups Kale, stem removed and thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Large Red Onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 Pear, diced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Cherries, pitted and halved<\/li>\n<li>2 oz Goat Cheese<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 cup Chopped Pecans, toasted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Butterfly the chicken breasts and add them to a ziploc bag. Add in 2 Tbsp Cara Cara Cherry White Barrel Aged Balsamic, 1 Tbsp Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil, 2 tsp Lemon &amp; Dill Tzatziki Rub, and 1 tsp Butcher\u2019s Spice Blend. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.<\/li>\n<li>In a saucepan, combine 1 cup farro and 3 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until tender, about 30\u201340 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Toss 2 cups diced butternut squash with 2 Tbsp Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp Cara Cara Cherry White Barrel Aged Balsamic, 2 tsp Lemon &amp; Dill Tzatziki Rub, and 1 tsp Butcher\u2019s Spice Blend. Spread on a baking sheet and roast until tender, about 18 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add kale to a bowl with \u00bd tsp Blood Orange Olive Oil and \u00bd tsp Butcher\u2019s Blend. Massage for 1 minute, until softened.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with 1 Tbsp Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, 3\u20134 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, whisk together 3 Tbsp Cara Cara Cherry White Barrel Aged Balsamic, 3 Tbsp Blood Orange Olive Oil, 1 tsp Lemon &amp; Dill Tzatziki Rub, and \u00bd tsp Butcher\u2019s Spice Blend.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine farro, roasted squash, kale, diced pear, cherries, and red onion.
