Finished with fresh basil and a hint of Meyer Lemon Balsamic, each bite delivers a burst of bold Mediterranean flavors sure to delight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1lb White Fish, (Cod, Halibut, Tilapia), skin removed<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/sicilian-seasoning-salt\/\">Sicilian Seasoning Salt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/basil-olive-oil\/\">Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp Freshly Minced Garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tsps Anchovy Paste<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 cup Dry White Wine<\/li>\n<li>2 14.5 oz cans of Diced Tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/wild-garlic\/\">Wild Garlic Dried Herb Blend<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup Sliced Olives (green, black, or both)<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp Capers, drained<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/meyer-lemon-balsamic-vinegar\/\">Meyer Lemon White Barrel Aged Balsamic<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Basil, chiffonade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F and position a rack in the center.<\/li>\n<li>Pat the fish dry and cut it into 3-inch fillets. Season with 2 teaspoons of Sicilian Seasoning Salt.<\/li>\n<li>In a saut\u00e9 pan over medium-low heat, add Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil. Stir in the garlic and anchovy paste, cooking until fragrant, about 1\u20132 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in the wine, stirring until it combines with the anchovy paste and slightly reduces, about 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the tomatoes, Wild Garlic Dried Herb Blend, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of Sicilian Seasoning Salt. Increase the heat to medium, bring the sauce to a simmer, and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, until the tomatoes break down and the sauce thickens.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the olives, capers, and Meyer Lemon White Barrel Aged Balsamic.<\/li>\n<li>Add the fish to the sauce, then transfer the pan to the oven.
