Finished with Parmesan and parsley, it\u2019s a classic comfort food perfect for any season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meatballs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb Ground Beef<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lb Ground Pork<\/li>\n<li>1 Egg<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Panko Bread Crumbs<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated<\/li>\n<li>2 Large Garlic Cloves, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/herb-garlic-dipper-and-seasoning\/\">Herb &amp; Garlic Dipper &amp; Seasoning<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/sicilian-seasoning-salt\/\">Sicilian Seasoning Salt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/roasted-garlic-white-balsamic\/\">Roasted Garlic White Barrel Aged Balsamic<\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/pizzaolio-garlic-chili-rosemary-oregano-new\/\">PizzaOlio Infused Olive Oil<\/a>, for cooking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soup<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Yellow Onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>3 Large Carrots, diced<\/li>\n<li>2 Celery Ribs, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/sicilian-seasoning-salt\/\">Sicilian Seasoning Salt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 Garlic Cloves, minced<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/roasted-garlic-white-balsamic\/\">Roasted Garlic White Barrel Aged Balsamic<\/a><\/li>\n<li>6 cups Chicken Stock<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/herb-garlic-dipper-and-seasoning\/\">Herb &amp; Garlic Dipper &amp; Seasoning<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00be Dried Short Pasta of Choice<\/li>\n<li>4 cups Fresh Spinach<\/li>\n<li>Freshly Grated Parmesan and Chopped Parsley, to garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the PizzaOlio Infused Olive Oil in a pot over medium heat. Brown the meatballs in batches for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside on a plate.<\/li>\n<li>In the same pot, add the onion, celery, and carrots. Saut\u00e9 for about 5 minutes or until softened, then season with 1 tsp of Sicilian Seasoning Salt.<\/li>\n<li>Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Stir in 3 Tbsp of Roasted Garlic White Barrel Aged Balsamic. Pour in the chicken stock and add 1 Tbsp of Herb &amp; Garlic Dipper &amp; Seasoning.<\/li>\n<li>Bring the mixture to a simmer. Add the dried pasta and cook for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Return the meatballs to the pot and add the spinach. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the pasta is tender.<\/li>\n<li>Serve garnished with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
