The Avocado Crema is the perfect addition to get your mouth watering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/fiesta-spice-olive-oil\/\">Fiesta Spice Infused Olive Oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 lbs Ground Beef<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/cumin-garlic-taco-rub-seasoning\/\">Cumin &amp; Garlic Taco Rub &amp; Seasoning<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/spicy-sriracha-white-balsamic-vinegar\/\">Spicy Sriracha White Barrel Aged Balsamic<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 11oz bags of Tortilla Chips<\/li>\n<li>32 ounces Colby Jack Cheese, freshly shredded<\/li>\n<li>2 Tomatoes, diced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lg White Onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Cilantro, chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 Jalape\u00f1os, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Black Olives, sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Avocado Crema<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Avocados<\/li>\n<li>8 oz Sour Cream<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/spicy-sriracha-white-balsamic-vinegar\/\">Spicy Sriracha White Barrel Aged Balsamic<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/cumin-garlic-taco-rub-seasoning\/\">Cumin &amp; Garlic Taco Rub and Seasoning<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Cilantro<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/lime-fresco-sea-salt\/\">Lime Fresco Infused Sea Salt<\/a>, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Heat a skillet to medium. Add in Fiesta Spice Infused Olive Oil, once shimmering add in ground beef and Cumin &amp; Garlic Taco Rub and Seasoning.<\/li>\n<li>Add chips in an even layer on a sheet pan. Top half of the chips with half of the beef, beans, shredded cheese, tomatoes, olives, onions, jalape\u00f1os, and cilantro. Lightly salt if desired.<\/li>\n<li>Place the other layer of chips on top and layer with the second half of the toppings.
