Whisk until chocolate is melted.<\/li>\n<li>Add in sugar and Brownie Batter Sugar Shaker and stir until dissolved.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk warm water and cornstarch together ensuring there are no clumps, add to hot chocolate.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk until thickened, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium bowl whisk heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Whisk in Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e White Barrel Aged Balsamic.<\/li>\n<li>Pour hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream.
