Fresh mango, red bell pepper, cucumbers, and spinach are complimented by a spicy warm candied ginger dressing. This dish is so simple to put together- but is wowing nonetheless!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Mango<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Red Bell Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 English cucumber<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Spinach Leaves<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp Candied Ginger, diced small<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/curry-infused-olive-oil\/\">Curry Infused Olive Oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/ginger-white-balsamic-vinegar\/\">Ginger Balsamic Vinegar<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Honey<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/mango-masala-rub-seasoning\/\">Mango Masala Rub<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/cumin-spice-sea-salt\/\">Cumin Spice Sea Salt<\/a>, to finish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the mango, bell pepper, and english cucumber into 1\/4&#8243; machsticks of similar lenght and add to a bowl. Chiffonade the psinach and add to the other veggies.<\/li>\n<li>In a small pot over medium heat, whisk the candied ginger, Curry Infused Olive Oil, Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, honey, and Mango Masala Rub.<\/li>\n<li>Bring dressing to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until the candied ginger has softened.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the warm dressing over the veggies and toss to combine.
