You&#8217;ll definitely be going back for seconds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/curry-infused-olive-oil\/\">Curry Infused Olive Oil<\/a>, divided<\/li>\n<li>1 Chicken Breast, cut into 1\/2-1&#8243; cubes<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/mango-masala-rub-seasoning\/\">Mango Masala Rub<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp Tomato Paste<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Heavy Cream<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/ginger-white-balsamic-vinegar\/\">Ginger Balsamic Vinegar<\/a>, plus more to finish<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/cumin-spice-sea-salt\/\">Cumin Spice Sea Salt<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Flatbreads<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 oz Mozzarella, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 Jalape\u00f1o, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the grill to 400F.<\/li>\n<li>In a skillet over medium high, heat 3 tsp Curry Infused Olive Oil. Add in chicken and season with Mango Masala Rub, let brown 3-4 minutes. Add in tomato paste, heavy cream, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt.<\/li>\n<li>Simmer for 10 minutes to let chicken finish cooking.<\/li>\n<li>Rub 2 tsp Curry Infused Olive Oil over both sides of the flat bread. Place on grill and cook 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Flip flat bread over and spread 2 Tbsp of curry sauce onto flat bread.
