Seasoned with our favorite Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil, Black Garlic Sea Salt, and Wild Garlic Dried Herb Blend for the perfect savory punch!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><br \/>\n4 Chicken Breasts<br \/>\n2 \u00bd tsps <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/black-garlic-sea-salt-new\/\">Black Garlic Sea Salt<\/a><br \/>\n2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper<br \/>\n1 Zucchini<br \/>\n1 Yellow Squash<br \/>\n3 Tomatoes<br \/>\n1 Red Onion<br \/>\nMozzarella<br \/>\n\u00bc cup <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/carmelized-garlic-2\/\">Caramelized Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a><br \/>\n2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/barrel-aged-dark-balsamic-vinegar\/\">Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar<\/a><br \/>\n2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/wild-garlic\/\">Wild Garlic Dried Herb Blend<\/a><br \/>\nChopped Parsley, to finish<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 375F. Cut 5-6 slices evenly along the chicken breast in the chicken breast, leaving about an 1\/8th in attached at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>Season each chicken breast generously with \u00bd tsp salt and pepper, making sure to season inside the cuts.<\/li>\n<li>Use a sharp knife or mandaline to thinly slice the zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and onion.<\/li>\n<li>Stuff the cuts with the zucchini, yellow squash, tomato, onion, and mozzarella. Set chicken on a baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl combine oil, vinegar, wild garlic, and remaining \u00bd tsp salt.
