Make this dish to impress friends at a dinner party or enjoy any night of the week!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>STEAK<\/strong><br \/>\n2 1lb Steaks of Choice<br \/>\n2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/mediterranean-rub-2\/\">Mediterranean Rosemary Rub<\/a><br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsps <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/black-garlic-sea-salt-new\/\">Black Garlic Sea Salt<\/a>, divided<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHIMICHURRI<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cup Mixed Fresh Herbs of Choice (Parsley, Chives, Oregano)<br \/>\n1 Lemon, juiced and zested<br \/>\n1 Large Clove Garlic<br \/>\n1 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/dark-balsamic-vinegar-of-modena\/\">Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena<\/a><br \/>\n1\/4 cup <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/carmelized-garlic-2\/\">Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil<\/a><br \/>\n1\/4 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/black-garlic-sea-salt-new\/\">Black Garlic Sea Salt<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Season steaks generously with Mediterranean Rub and 1 tsp sea salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture before cooking.<\/li>\n<li>In a blender or food processor combine mixed herbs, lemon juice and zest, garlic, dark balsamic, olive oil, and 1\/4 tsp sea salt. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat grill over medium high heat. Add steak and cook 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare.
