If you\u2019re a fan of red sauce, you\u2019ll love this twist with pork and wine for added flavor!<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep Time:<\/strong> 10 mins- Cook Time: 45 minutes- Total Time: 55 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Yield:<\/strong> Serves 8<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1lb Package Bucatini Pasta<br \/>\n1 <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/1968\/\">Pasta Rock<\/a><br \/>\n2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/tuscan-herb\/\">Tuscan Herb Olive Oil<\/a><br \/>\n1 Small Yellow Onion, small dice<br \/>\n5 oz Pancetta<br \/>\n2 Cloves Garlic, minced<br \/>\n\u00bd cup White Wine<br \/>\n28 oz Canned Tomatoes<br \/>\n\u00bc cup <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/bruschetta\/\">Bruschetta Dried Herb Blend<\/a><br \/>\n1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/smokey-bacon-sea-salt\/\">Smokey Bacon Sea Salt<\/a><br \/>\n\u00bd cup Finely Grated Parmesan<br \/>\nCheese, plus more to finish<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Parsley, to finish<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Season with 1 pasta rock according to package directions. Add pasta and cook to package directions. Drain and cover until ready to use.<br \/>\nMeanwhile in a large saute pan heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the onion and saute until translucent, about 5-6 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd pancetta to the pan and cook until golden, about 6-7 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.<br \/>\nAdd white wine and bruschetta. Cook until wine reduces by half, about 4-5 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd tomatoes and sea salt and stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium low, cover pot, and simmer for 20-30 minutes.<br \/>\nFinish sauce with parmesan cheese. Add bucatini to the saute pan and toss to coat.
