Add chicken to complete this meal or serve as a side with your favorite pasta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Prep Time: 10 minutes &#8211; Cook Time: 10 minutes- Total Time: 20 minutes<br \/>\nYield: Serves 6<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<br \/>\nIngredients:<\/p>\n<p>Dressing:<\/p>\n<p>3 Large Egg Yolks<br \/>\n2 Garlic Cloves<br \/>\n2 Anchovy Fillets<br \/>\n\u00bd Lemon, juiced<br \/>\n2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/white-truffle-balsamic-vinegar-new\/\">White Truffle Balsamic Vinegar<\/a><br \/>\n1 Tbsp Mustard<br \/>\n1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce<br \/>\n\u00be tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/black-truffle-sea-salt\/\">Black Truffle Sea Salt<\/a><br \/>\n1\/2 cup <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/frantoia-olive-oil\/\">Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a><br \/>\n1\/4 Parmesan Cheese, finely grated<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salad:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 cups Bread, cut into 1\u201d cubes<br \/>\n\u00bc cup <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/frantoia-olive-oil\/\">Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a><br \/>\n\u00bd tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/black-truffle-sea-salt\/\">Black Truffle Sea Salt<\/a><br \/>\n2 Heads Romaine Lettuce, chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated<br \/>\nLemon Wedges, to serve<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Set the oven to 375 F.<br \/>\nTo make croutons on a baking sheet add the cubed bread in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>In a food processor combine all ingredients for the dressing except for the olive oil and cheese. Once combined slowly drizzle in the olive oil until dressing is creamy and coats the back of a spoon. Pulse in the cheese.<\/p>\n<p>In a large serving bowl toss lettuce with dressing.
