In a large bowl combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, vegetable oil, salt and maple syrup. Toss well so that all of the dried ingredients are coated. Spread the mixture out on a large, rimmed sheet pan and bake in the oven until lightly toasted \u2013 about 15 to 20 minutes.
