The Chimichurri we created has such a bright spicy flavor from the Jalapeno Lime Balsamic Vinegar and the Fiesta Spice Olive Oil &#8211; you&#8217;ll want to keep this recipe in your regular rotation!<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Prep Time: 15 minutes &#8211; Cook Time: 10 minutes &#8211; Total Time: 25 minutes<br \/>\nYield: Serves 4-6<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the Chimichurri:<\/p>\n<p>2\/3 cup Jalape\u00f1o Lime Balsamic Vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/fiesta-spice-olive-oil\/\">Fiesta Spice Infused Oil<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1 bunch Cilantro leaves (1\/2 cup)<\/p>\n<p>2 TBSP <a href=\"https:\/\/coppermooseoilandvinegar.com\/index.php\/product\/sweet-smoked-chili-rub-2\/\">Sweet Smoked Chili Rub<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1 tsp Lime Fresco Sea Salt<\/p>\n<p>1 lb Raw Shrimp, peeled &amp; deveined<\/p>\n<p>12 Corn Tortillas<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 head purple cabbage, shredded<\/p>\n<p>Queso Fresco crumbled<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\nHeat a grill to medium high heat.<br \/>\nIn a blender or food processor pulse the vinegar, oil, cilantro, rub and sea salt into a chunky sauce.<br \/>\nPour 1\/2 the marinade over the shrimp and let rest for at least 30 minutes.<br \/>\nSkewer the shrimp on sticks and grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.<br \/>\nIn the tortillas arrange the grilled shrimp, purple cabbage and queso fresco. Serve with extra sauce as desired.
