Add the radishes. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium size skillet cook the bacon until crispy. Spoon the grease out of the pan.<\/li>\n<li>To the bacon, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the sun dried tomatoes and apples. Saut\u00e9 for 2-3 minutes until warm.<\/li>\n<li>Add the vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes to reduce a bit.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the warm dressing over the kale and toss to coat.
